It is always a soothing feeling being in my parents’ home. So many memories, so many gatherings with family and friends. There is so much history there.
My parents have collected antiques ever since I can remember. As a child, I HATED going to fleas and antique shop. Thankfully I was spared the auctions that they attended on a regular basis.
Of course, now all of this has changed and what I wouldn’t give to have the time, funds and the right location to visit all the markets and fleas in the whole wide world!!!
Though I would mix them with modern pieces unlike my parents, I would love to own some of these beauties. But for now, this is their home and they look quite happy there:-)
